Our team works hard to process orders quickly therefore, as a result, we cannot make changes to orders after they have been placed. We also cannot make changes to shipping method.

Risk of Loss
All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Lafavre. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when Lafavre delivers these items to the carrier.
Invalid Shipping Addresses
We are unable to ship to P.O./APO/FPO boxes.
In-Store Pick-up
Pick-up is available Mon-Fri 10a-12p and 1p-4p. We are closed over lunch (12p-1p).
Please provide your name and/or order number for pick-up.
Pick-up Orders must be picked up 5-10 days after purchase or it may be cancelled or optionally shipped to you at your expense.
