Refund policy

We accept returns on full-priced, non-international orders within 14 days of delivery, and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Please note sale items are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

In the case you were sent the incorrect item or a defective item, contact us at orders@lafavre.com with photos if applicable.

If an exchange or return is permitted, item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. The additional shipping costs for the exchange will not be Lafavre’s responsibility. Return labels can only be provided to US addresses.
