Where's my order?
Orders usually ship within 1 to 2 days after an order has been placed. If you have not received a shipping notification let us know at orders@lafavre.com
Do you accept orders outside the US?
Yes, we now accept orders from all four corners of the earth.
Do you offer combined shipping?
For sure. Orders can be shipped together at a combined rate.
Can I pick up my order?
We are open M-F 9a-5p; closed 12-1p. Check ahead before stopping by.
How do I get a return or exchange?
If something wasn't right with your order let us know at orders@lafavre.com and we'll do our best to make it right.
What if my order is lost?

Do you re-stock?
The good times don't last forever, like each cut and sewn Lafavre piece. Our capsules come in small batches, crafted from seed to sew, that embodies American made southern luxury. Re-stocking simply isn't our style.
Can I place a hold on an item?
Due to limited stock we do not hold items for customers.
